At Tazlow, all lead sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds & Replacements (Leads)
We do not offer refunds or credits for any leads.
If a lead is invalid (disconnected number, outside service area, irrelevant service), you may request a one-time replacement. Replacements are final. No replacements will be offered for replacement leads.
Billing is processed immediately upon delivery of each verified lead.
Subscription & SEO Services
Fees for subscription-based services (such as Google Maps SEO) are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation Policy
For lead delivery services, you may pause or cancel your account at any time before the next lead is delivered.
For subscription services, cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle begins to avoid new charges.
